About Us
At O'Connell Family Support & Behavioral Consulting LLC, we partner with families, schools, and communities to support the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of children, teens, and young adults, especially those navigating developmental or transitional challenges. We recognize that every individual is unique, and so are the systems that surround them. That’s why we take a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to behavior support.
Whether your child is just beginning to show signs of difficulty, has a formal diagnosis, or is preparing for the transition into adulthood, our goal is to create meaningful change that fosters independence, connection, and confidence. We specialize in supporting neurodivergent learners, including those on the autism spectrum, ADHD, Down syndrome, or other developmental disabilities, and provide tailored services to meet their individual strengths, needs, and goals.
Our work goes beyond behavior…it’s about empowering families, building capacity within schools, and creating environments where children and young adults can thrive.
